Fair returns for a pleasant shopping experience
Every item you order from us is produced individually for you (“print-on-demand”). Unlike traditional retailers, we are therefore unable to simply resell exchanged goods. Nevertheless, we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Our fair returns policy gives you the opportunity to return goods if necessary - simply contact us and we will be happy to review your case personally. We cannot promise returns or exchanges if you are not satisfied, but we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
Return in case of defects: In the event of faulty or damaged products, we will of course guarantee a return or exchange. Your concerns are important to us and we want to ensure that you receive flawless products!
Legal regulations: Limited right of withdrawal
In addition to our fair return policy, as a consumer you can use your statutory right of withdrawal if the product is faulty or damaged:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a person named by you takes possession of the goods.

Consequences of revocation
Upon receipt of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments made, including the standard delivery costs, within fourteen days at the latest. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. A refund will be made as soon as we have received the goods back or you provide us with proof of shipment.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
